I stopped at CVS yesterday (just for prescriptions… don’t get excited about a killer shopping trip 🙂 ), and the cashier told me about a promo that’s starting on Sunday. CVS will be giving out $10 gas cards as rewards for buying $30 worth of select merchandise. The special promo will be going on for multiple weeks, but rewards do not carry over from week to week. Watch for specially-marked items, buy $30, and you’ll get a $10 gas card in return.
I asked the cashier which gas stations were included in the promo, and she showed me some BP gas cards. It sounds like they’re using whatever gas stations are in the same area as the stores. If you’re gas brand loyal, you may want to ask the cashier which station the card is for before you shop.
