I stopped at CVS today and found some Tylenol Precise Heat Patches on clearance for $1.74 per pack. If you find these at your store, be sure to scan the boxes. The shelf tag was not marked. Only the ones for arms, neck & legs were clearanced. The others were regular price.

The CVS coupon policy does not allow for overage on coupons, so the cashier would need to manually adjust down the value of the $5 coupons.
