If you’re not a Sam’s Club member but have always wanted to do some price comparisons, this weekend might be the time! I heard on the radio this morning that Sam’s Club locations across the US will be open to non-members this weekend (8/6 through 8/8). Even if you don’t have a membership, you can shop at Sam’s and get the same prices that members get.
From my own price comparisons, I know that I can get most of the dry goods sold by Sam’s for less money using coupons at the grocery or drug store. But Sam’s Club also had meat, produce, and dairy items. I don’t usually have many coupons for those items. So it might be worthwhile to go and see what Sam’s Club has to offer in those departments. (Just close your eyes as you pass through the housewares and gift departments! 🙂 )

Sam’s has THE best prices on spices, and their brooms are half the price of Target/Walmart and last twice as long, because they are industrial strength! I’m planning to go- I recently bought a Clorox brand broom and I absolutely hate it. But it was the best one available.
I never thought of Sam’s for spices or brooms. 🙂 Just out of curiosity….. Do you have to buy spices in huge quantities?
