
While I’m typing this, we’re in the car heading back from a long weekend vising the in-laws in Kentucky. I’m picturing the fridge at home… the one that we did NOT restock last week, knowing that we would be out of town. There’s not much worse than coming home to spoiled milk. But that means that we MUST go to the grocery store Monday. It also means that the menu plan options are wide open. I’m not trying to use up what we have because I did that last week. 🙂
