Submission Guidelines

• Offer is valid on in-store or Rite Aid Online Store purchases made from November 26, 2010 through December 25, 2010. Qualifying receipts must be submitted either on this website by January 24, 2011 or through the mail and postmarked by January 24, 2011 using our enrollment form available in-store. Entry Limit: one per household.
• Gift certificates will be issued after the promotional period ends, or sooner if online submission is requested by customer or mail-in customer accumulates over $100 in qualified purchases, and will expire on April 30, 2011 and will not be replaced if not redeemed prior to expiration. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash, may not be returned, will not be replaced if lost or stolen and are only valid for in store purchases.
• Returned products will not be honored for rebate or other offers.
• Qualifying purchase amount is determined before sales tax, online shipping fees and after any promotional codes, instant coupons, or discounts for Rite Aid Online Store purchases and excludes the purchase of prescriptions, prescription co-pays, lottery tickets, tobacco, alcohol products, money orders, money transfers, gift certificates, Rite Aid gift cards, retailer gift cards, prepaid phone cards, prepaid internet and wireless cards, prepaid credit cards, prepaid cards of any type, stamps, licenses, other mailing services, contact lenses, and any other items excluded by law. Dairy products are excluded in select states.
• If submitting by mail include all receipts you wish to redeem in one mailing. Only one submission per household or address will be accepted. Submissions from different addresses cannot be combined together in one envelope. Submissions that do not meet these requirements will not be acknowledged or returned.
• Please save your original receipt(s) as proof of your submission in the event of a dispute. Inquiries must be made by 4/28/11.
• Certificate will be fulfilled with a Rite Aid gift certificate not a check. Use of fictitious name/address other than your own is prohibited by law. You may be required to submit proof of your name and address. Offers valid for United States addresses only.
